I have made my website very easy for you to book coaching sessions with me.

First you need to decide what type of session you would like to book then you can go to the individual pages around my website and book on-line or you can book on this page here.   You can find more information about the type of session by clicking on the link that says "Find more detail......"

You will also need to book an appointment time as I am not always in front of my computer. Please email in the first instance and I'll be happy to speak to you on the phone if you provide a contact number

Ninety per cent of my sessions are done face to face with some of my sessions done on the phone.  I can also do telephone appointments via Skype. 

For those of you who are on a limited income please email me personally I occasionally do concessions on a case by case basis.
