The Butterfly Effect
I call my style of coaching the Butterfly
Effect. It is based on my own unique experiences and gifts so you too can
create the Butterfly Effect in your own lives.
As an experienced spiritual life
coach I will guide you so that even the smallest positive changes you
make will have a cumulative effect on all those around us in all space and time dimensions.

We all have fears and phobias. Some people fear of spiders and snakes. As a child I had a
terrible fear of moths that would leave me paralysed yet conversely I had an innate fascination of
butterflies.
If you notice how a butterfly moves it flutters from place to place and when it lands
despite its fragility it has a certain kind of stillness to it. As a result if often attracts more butterflies
towards it.
It brings with it visions of beauty, balance and happiness.
However the butterflies journey as it transforms and goes into its cocoon, before emerging
into a beautiful butterfly, can often be quite dark before it nears the end of its journey. Many people fear their
dark side during transformation but its through embracing our fears we are able to grow.
Through out our childhood we grow up with layers and layers of different belief systems
that can sometimes be hard to remove. They become part of our DNA or make-up. They encase us like a cocoon keeping
us in the dark until finally we wake up.
How can we create the same kind of happiness in our lives
that we see through the eyes of a butterfly?
As I worked through my own childhood traumas and became more conscious and aware. As I
moved through the layers of fear, I started to notice I was no longer afraid of moths. In fact they started to
follow me everywhere. They would sit on my computer screen while I was working. The GIFT of working through my
beliefs and fears meant that I became highly intuitive and empathic and far more creative that I had in
years.
When I looked at the butterfly and how it relates to my own life, the symbol of the
butterfly is about spiritual transformation, growth and happiness.
I noticed that as I started to balance and embrace my fears and dark side, rather than
turn away from it, I started to change! In fact I started to transform. A bit like a butterfly or moth transforms
from being a chrysalis into a beautiful butterfly.
Often we flit around like butterflies looking for happiness ourside of ourselves in our
relationships and our work often we miss what is right in front of us and inside of us. We remaind blind
to the fact that happiness comes from within. If we can become still calmed and centred without fear, and
allow happiness grow inside we may notice that the butterfly will land on us without effort.
The Butterfly Effect is a well known
phenomenon. The phrase refers to the idea that a butterfly's wings might create tiny changes in the atmosphere that
may ultimately alter the path of a tornado or delay, accelerate or even prevent the occurrence of a tornado in a
certain location. The flapping wing represents a small change in the initial condition of the system, which causes
a chain of events leading to large-scale alterations of events. Had the butterfly not flapped its wings, the
trajectory of the system might have been vastly different”
So how does Butterfly Effect Healing work
?
We cannot change anyone. But we can change ourselves. When we change our own behaviours
and attitudes it has a knock on effect on those around us.
I noticed too, as I started to change then the people around me started to change. My
children, my friends and my family and more importantly my clients. Creating a positive change in all time space
dimensions.
Yes - You too can make those positive
changes.
There is an old saying by Lao Tsu “the journey of a thousand miles begins with single
step” but its a far easier journey if you have a sympathetic helping hand to assist in your journey.
Making those positive changes with someone who can already taken that journey and can fly
alongside you is one of the most empowering things you can do in your life today.
So come along and start creating the Butterfly
Effect in your own life.
