Many people form bonds or relationships that the feel they cannot break. They often stay stuck in toxic relationships either based on negative beliefs about themselves or karmic bonds that have kept them stuck for many lifetimes.

There is a good chance that this is based on unresolved business from old karmic debts between the two individuals. Many times people come with an idea that they have found their twin flame or soul mate only to find out that its a karmic relationship. A good way of figuring out whether it is a karmic relationship is to pay attention to what is happening and look at any past life attachments and soul lessons.

I worked with a client once who had a karmic bond with his daughter who had been attached to him for over thirty years or more. His life had been on complete hold going through cycles of depression and broken relationships. It turned out his daughter has passed over in an accident at the age of 10 and he had made a promise to himself not to let her go. Being an unconcious entity he could not bear to let her go and she had been feeding of his energy for years. When I finally cleared him of her energy and released her he was like a different man.
